Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
- Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings in Clio
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and medical records providers
Requirements
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or paralegal studies degree
- 3+ years civil litigation experience
- Proficiency with Clio or similar practice management software
