Requirements vary by role and facility. At minimum, all clinical professionals need a current, active state license, BLS certification, and a clear background check. Many roles require additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, specialty-specific). Our credentialing team will provide a full checklist when you apply.
Standard credentialing takes 5–10 business days once all documents are submitted. Emergency expedited credentialing is available for urgent placements in 24–48 hours.
Yes. Qualifying full-time and contract employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage. Travel positions include a housing stipend and travel reimbursement.
Once you create a Candidate Portal account, you can upload and manage all your credentials in one place. We send automated reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before any credential expires.
Per diem means you work on an as-needed basis — no guaranteed hours, maximum flexibility. You set your availability and accept shifts as they fit your schedule.
For urgent needs, we can often present qualified candidates within 24 hours. Credentialing takes 48–72 hours on expedited track for pre-credentialed candidates.
