Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, submit a job application, or request staffing services. This includes name, contact information, professional credentials, employment history, and government-issued identification where required for background verification. We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our staffing and credentialing services; match candidates with appropriate job opportunities; verify professional credentials and conduct background checks; communicate with you about your application or account; send administrative information; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with client facilities when presenting your candidacy for a placement, with third-party credentialing and background check providers necessary to complete verifications, with service providers who assist in our operations under appropriate data protection agreements, and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of OneSource and its users.
4. Credential and Employment Data
Professional licenses, certifications, and background check results are retained for the duration of your active relationship with OneSource and for a period of seven years following your last placement or application. This retention period supports compliance audits, regulatory requirements, and client facility documentation obligations.
5. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information. All credential documents are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to candidate records is limited to authorized OneSource personnel with a legitimate business need.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@onesourceplacement.com.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our website, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant content. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
