1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OneSource Placement website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
OneSource Placement provides staffing, recruiting, and workforce management services connecting employers (Clients) with job-seeking professionals (Candidates). We do not guarantee employment or the availability of specific candidates or positions.
3. Client Obligations
Clients represent that all staffing requests are for legitimate, lawful employment positions. Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, providing accurate job descriptions, and complying with all applicable employment and labor laws. Clients agree not to hire OneSource candidates directly without completing the agreed placement process.
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates represent that all information submitted — including credentials, licenses, and employment history — is accurate and complete. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of the placement relationship and may be reported to licensing authorities where applicable.
5. Credentialing and Background Checks
OneSource conducts credential verification and background screening as part of the placement process. Candidate consent is required for all background check components. Results are used solely for employment placement purposes and handled in accordance with applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements.
6. Fees and Payment
Service fees are governed by the specific agreement between OneSource and each Client. Invoicing terms, payment timelines, and fee structures are set forth in the Client Services Agreement. Candidates are not charged fees for placement services.
7. Limitation of Liability
OneSource Placement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability to any party for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid to OneSource in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
